The Coach House is a secluded cottage in a beautiful Dartmoor setting, but with help on hand from the owner who is generously welcoming. The cottage is well appointed and has an enclosed garden which is ideal for summer dining al fresco as well as being safe for exercising a pet dog.

A very comfortable cottage with a large secure garden. There were lots of thoughtful additions to the equipment including several walking books. The cottage is in a quiet location. I would recommend this cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We received a friendly welcome and an excellent welcome package that was a real treat. The location was peaceful with a garden ideal for us and our hound but still close to amenities if required.

A wonderful cottage for a small party. Secluded and with its own little garden. Comfortable and welcoming. Typically Devon with one or two good walks from the house and plenty more locally. A super place from which to explore North Devon and Dartmoor.

We enjoyed a relaxed, comfortable holiday. The weather, the garden and summerhouse were perfect for afternoon tea, the bird table/bird seed a nice touch. Also the delicious bread and scones on arrival was a thoughtfull gesture and delicious.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at The Coach House for Christmas & New Year - the perfect getaway from all the festive stress! Our hosts could not have been kinder or more accommodating; we - and our animals - were warmly welcomed on a cold, grey, blustery day with a roaring log fire, freshly baked cream tea & bread (which were delicious). Lovely cottage. Due to the layout of the cottage, it has no rear door straight to the back garden, so have to come out of the kitchen door, which is straight out on to the quiet lane, which is a dead end, but does have some traffic, ( residential cars, and delivery vans )and up the steps at the side of the cottage. Not ideal for small children to cRead moreome and go as they like, or for allowing the dog to wonder in and out at leisure. Lovely welcome cream tea, and fresh bread. Cosy with the log fire Hide
