Head into the open-plan kitchen/diner to whip up some dinner to share at the elegant dining table. Alternatively, open the wide glass doors from the kitchen and step out onto the patio to share an al fresco meal while your pups play on the enclosed lawn. Afterwards, treat yourself to a glass of something cool and crisp by the wood burner while your pups snooze at your feet. At the end of the day, take the wooden staircase to first floor and you’ll find three sweet country-style bedrooms beneath the sloping ceilings - two doubles and a handy twin. A cheerful shower room completes the layout. Head off to the town of Pembroke (4 miles) with your pups to wander the historic streets and admire the impressive medieval castle.
