Spend happy days strolling along Whitesands Bay, and in the evening, come home to the cottage’s pretty garden, crack open a bottle of something cool and crisp and watch the stars come out.
Step inside and you’ll find an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge boasting beautiful exposed stone walls and an impressive beamed ceiling. Take a moment to warm your toes in front of the wood burner-effect electric fire in the lounge area before heading to the kitchen area to whip up some dinner for your loved ones. Gather everyone around the dining table to eat, or head out into the garden to dine alfresco as your pups potter around the enclosed space. After dinner, make your way to the shared lawn to the front of the property and watch the stars come out, or chill out in front of the TV in the lounge area. At the end of the day, climb the stairs and you’ll discover three lovely bedrooms – one double and two singles.
Take a stroll along Solva Harbour (3 miles) to check out the fishing boats. The beach is Solva is dog-friendly and there are plenty of rock pools to discover at low tide. Afterwards, head to one of the village’s dog-friendly pubs for a bite to eat, or take your pups to Solva Woollen Mill. Your faithful friends are welcome to join you as you watch the local artisans at work.
