This stylish detached barn has a hot tub and an enclosed garden, so has plenty to offer human and canine guests alike. Surrounded by the countryside close to Abergele, it features a lovely social hub where friends or family and a furry companion can enjoy time together.

Flooded with natural light and full of thoughtful little extras to enhance your holiday, the barn has hall space for your outdoor gear with, to your right, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams, wooden flooring and all the home-from-home essentials. Cook, chat and chill; if the weather is kind, open the doors onto the patio for a burst of fresh air and, if it’s not, snuggle up in front of the log effect electric fire, your four-legged pal close by. The interior layout is completed by a bathroom and two welcoming bedrooms – a double and a twin, both designed for a good night’s sleep. Enjoy the sounds of the countryside from the enclosed garden – there’s a charcoal BBQ and plenty of space for bikes and beach gear, but the real wow-factor comes courtesy of a wonderful hot tub where you can unwind beneath the stars while Fido curls up nearby and dreams of the next day’s adventures.

The village of Betws Yn Rhos is just 3 miles from the small market town of Abergele, home to the hauntingly beautiful – and hound-friendly – Gwrych Castle. There are miles of coastline to explore close by: shingle Pensarn Beach has an adjoining promenade for gentle strolls, or you could follow the North Wales Path 5 miles from here to the fun-filled seaside town of Rhyl.

This cottage was perfect for our family get away with the dog. Great location within easy reach of lots of different places to visit. The hot tub was perfect added bonus. Very peaceful too. The owners were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore North Wales.

Just had a fantastic week here, cottage is beautiful, everything you could need is there. Really nice location, nothing better than a soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. The little jar of dog treats was a real nice touch too, Lennox loved them lol

Beautiful cottage, very clean and cosy, has everything you need, a home from home. Great fully enclosed garden as some aren't even when stated, so put our minds at rest and our dog loved it. Would definitely recommend.

As a family of four plus our beloved dog we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the property in July 2025. The cottage is immaculate with plenty of kitchen equipment, a big comfy sofa and chairs, really comfortable beds and the high fenced garden was an absolute bonus as we have a pointer that can clear most walls and 5 bar gates

We stayed in this wonderful home from home cottage w/c Saturday 21/6/25. Such a beautiful spot for a holiday home and such care has been put into making this just what everyone could possibly need. The property is spotlessly clean and fresh and the garden is thoroughly secure for anyone bringing a dog. The cottage is a great location for us as we travelled about to see the sights which for us were only a maximum of 30 mins away. We ate out one evening at The Black Lion down the road which was lovely. The hot tub was fantastic as was the garden. The entire property was clean, spacious and provided what we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner haRead mored great communication before the stay giving clear instructions and key location. Lovely cottage in a great location for visiting the many attractions nearby. Found a lovely cafe in Abergele called the cremepog ( next to the library carpark.) Would definitely go back again as there was so much we couldn't fit in in a week.

Lovely cottage. Everything in the kitchen if you need to cook but there are some lovely pubs near by. Tyddyn y fron bach is 10 to 20 miles away from castles, gardens and around 3 miles from the beach. The hot tub is a great attition to the property which we used quite a bit. Would recommend this property to everyone it's comfy and peaceful.

This cottage is perfect for dog owners . The garden is 100% enclosed and perfect size/design. The cottage is well kitted out very spacious and extremely clean. Great location for getting around and very quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep after the days activities . Great parking space and secure . Lovely will come again
