Take a break from the hustle and bustle at this gorgeous, detached farmhouse sitting on a working farm just 1 mile outside the picturesque town of Conwy. Sleeping seven people in four bedrooms and welcoming two canine companions, this is an idyllic accommodation option for large families or groups of friends. Explore the historic town of Conway with your pups and stroll around the town walls. In the evening, come home to the cottage’s patio, fire up the charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco.

From the private on-site parking area (there’s room for two cars), head to this stone-built farmhouse with its spectacular views of the surrounding valley. Make your way to the first floor and you'll find the inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which features exposed beams and gorgeous views from every window. Relax by the wood burner before you head to the traditional kitchen area to rustle up some dinner. Gather everyone to eat at the wooden dining table, which is perfectly positioned by the window. Alternatively, head out the glass doors and down the external steps to the enclosed garden onto the patio, fire up charcoal BBQ and enjoy an al fresco dinner while your pups explore the enclosed garden. After dinner, indulge in a table tennis tournament in the shared games’ room, or unwind with a relaxing session in the sauna. There are four lovely bedrooms to choose from. On the first floor you’ll find a single with country views, while on the ground floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, as well as a handy twin room. Completing the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious family bathroom.

Explore the trails that surround the cascading waters of Fairy Falls (9 miles) with your pups. Alternatively, pack up a picnic and head off for a walk along the River Conwy at Betws-y-Coed (16 miles).

A lovely farmhouse with beautiful views. We were lucky to be staying at lambing time so you could see the fields from the farmhouse. Conwy was easy to get to by car. Plus so many gardens and castles to visit. Llandudno was not far away and we loved going up to Great Orme in the cable cars. The drive through Snowdonia National Park was stunning. Superb cottage in a lovely location. The only problem during our stay was the boiler/central heating did not give out much heat so we had to rely on the log burner to keep us warm

What a fantastic stay we had in the Family Farmhouse. The views were to die for, peace and quiet but easy reach of everything you need. The Christmas tree and miniature village were a lovely touch. We sat there at night playing games with the family by the log burner, the dog loved that. This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful area. It is conveniently situated 1 mile from Conwy and very close to the North Wales coast and many popular inland places to visit. The cottage enjoys lovely views over the Welsh countryside and is a fun place to watch the farm animals and many species of birds. Gorgeous cottage in a lovely area. The views are stunning. We had everything we needed for a lovely 4 night stay. We used the log burner several times and it was great and really warmed the cottage. The location was lovely for us but we do like to walk so the 30 mins into Conwy was great for us. Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely cottage but not great for off lead walks with the dog the only way into Conwy is on a national speed limit lane with no paths and is a very steep walk back so would not be great for older guests. The views from the cottage are stunning and there is everything you need hirdryers/irons etc
