Ideal for couples and small families, its large patio is great for BBQs and your canine companion is sure to go mutts about the walks direct from the front door.

Hang your coats and leads in the hall and head into the pretty kitchen with its pale, glossy cupboards, which is equipped with everything you’ll need to create tasty meals, perhaps using some local produce. This space has views over the patio and to the hills behind, and a table for cosy dining together while planning your next day’s adventures. If you fancy a quiet night in, you can snuggle up on the pair of sofas in the lounge, and select a movie on the Smart TV, with your pup at your feet. At bedtime, choose from the tranquil king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and the twin room which has use of a sleek bathroom. The cottage has a lawned area at the front and a patio at the back, where there’s a charcoal BBQ and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy al fresco meals and drinks. An added bonus is the lockable garage in which you can store bikes and paddle boards.

The cottage is less than a mile from a village pub and just 2.5 miles from the red kite feeding centre at the Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre, which also has a cafe, shop, play areas, and walking, running, biking and riding trails. Very good property that is in a great location, the area is still being developed but had no issues at all very quiet. Surrounded by beautiful countryside great for walk or every just a drive. The property had everything you need underfloor heating , powerful showers, internet etc... it could do with some more cup/mugs which we would have happy lefRead moret had we ventured down into town but we didn't need to. Over excellent will definitely stay again for longer. Hide

The bungalow is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and if the weather had been better a great place to o sit on the patio. We really enjoyed it.
