Surrounded by rolling Cornish countryside and just moments from the coast, this contemporary retreat is made for memorable group getaways with family, friends and their four-legged companions. With a hot tub, wide open lawns, sociable living areas and beaches within easy reach, it’s a fantastic base for exploring North Cornwall with your faithful hound by your side.
Step inside and you'll find a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for gathering. Sleek cabinetry, stylish dining furniture and French doors create a welcoming social hub, while a separate utility room is handy for towels, wetsuits and muddy paw clean-ups. The ground-floor TV room is made for cosy film nights, with a huge corner sofa and Smart TV providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Also downstairs is a spacious family bathroom alongside a beautifully presented king-size bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom and direct entry into a fun-filled children’s room complete with triple bunk beds. Upstairs, a second sitting room takes full advantage of the far-reaching rural views through dual-aspect windows. Comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner make this a lovely spot to settle in while Rover basks in front of the fire. Two additional king-size bedrooms sit on either side of this living area, one benefiting from its own en-suite shower room. Outside, the lawn stretching alongside the gated driveway gives children and wet-nosed friends plenty of room to roam. To the rear, the patio garden boasts dining furniture, a BBQ, a pizza oven, and an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy paws and surf gear after days at the beach. The hot tub adds an extra touch of luxury for evenings beneath Cornwall's dark skies.
The surf-loving village of Polzeath is close by, where golden sands, rolling waves and dog-friendly coastal walks create the ultimate seaside day out (head to Baby Bay with dogs during the summer months). Follow the breathtaking South West Coast Path around Pentire Headland, and you may spot seals and dolphins out at sea. Rock (4 miles) provides ferry access across the Camel Estuary to foodie favourite Padstow, where you can join the traffic-free Camel Trail on tail-wagging walkies.
