Stay with your loved ones and pets at this charming property in a fantastic hillside location, offering breathtaking views over Cardigan Bay. You’ll be around 1.5 miles from the quaint seaside village of Aberdovey, where a sandy beach, shops, cafés and pet-friendly pubs await. The two-storey barn conversion, which forms part of a working farm, can comfortably accommodate four guests and two small canine companions, making it perfect for a family or two couples.

The accommodation has been renovated to a high standard, with quality furniture and fittings and a stylish rustic-inspired look. In the cosy open-plan living area, watch TV with your pet and ignite the wood burner to keep her fur nice and warm. In the kitchen area, whip up cooked breakfasts, packed lunches and scrummy dinners. Sit down to leisurely meals in the conservatory dining room, a fabulous space with a white-painted stone wall and stunning views all around. And in good weather you’ll want to make the most of the patio, where your pets can catch some rays while you dine al fresco. To cap it all, the hot tub enables you to relax to the max in your serene surroundings.

Locally you can take your furry companion on a sailboat or kayak or enjoy a round of golf at Aberdovey’s champion 18-hole course. The property’s location near the Welsh Coast Path, joinable in Aberdovey. sets you up nicely for doggie-pleasing walks with the sea as your backdrop. Or you can easily venture into the Snowdonia National Park, which begins right at your doorstep. For a family adventure, King Arthur’s Labyrinth in Corris (16.5 miles) offers a memorable experience.

Lovely tranquil stay, could not fault this cottage at all, location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet, dogs loved it , lovely secure garden, perfect views. Would love to come back , only downside is I wish we lived closer so we could come more regular.

Excellent location. Beautiful house with high quality finishes. Hot tub is a welcome break at end of day. Sea view. Short drive to town with nice eating places. Recommend the tapas restaurant.

The cottage, was clean and spacious, with the added extras of a hut tub and a log burner. The conservatory was lovely in the sun looking over the sea. The area was quiet and was a perfect break away from the craziness of work and school runs. We walked lots as a family and there was lots of local walking routes.

This place is a brilliant place to go and relax. Even with children. Such a peaceful place. Even being a working farm there is no disturbance at all. Owners are very friendly. This was a delightful place to relax, away from it all. Amazing seaviews from the main bedroom (even from the enormous bed), the sunroom and outside area including the hot tub. It was very spacious, with lots of character and everything you needed. Easy communication with the owner who was around if you needed them but left you to enjoy your holidaRead morey. Beautiful propertythe photos do not do it justice. Warm, clean and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed some time exploring the area. Hot tub was great, the lighting allowed us to enjoy after sunset. Beautiful views and very comfortable

Went with my mother, girlfriend and our dog. Had an amazing time! It was my mums first holiday in a long time so we are very appreciative of how stunning the view and cottage was. Hot tub is great in any weather and so much space in the cottage for everyone. Welcome basket was a great touch would defo come back!

We had an amazing stay at Ysgubor Glyd. The location is perfect. Just close enough to civilisation but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met here was friendly and the cottage has everything you need. The milk butter and cheese were especially welcome. A charming well equipped cottage on a working farm perched above Aberdyfi. We'll located for rural walks and within a short distance of the village of Aberdyfi with it's stunning beach and restaurants/pubs. The owners were on hand if needed but were a discrete presence. There was a welcome pack of local Welsh produce which was much appreciated. We loved our family stay at the cottage. It is much more spacious than the pictures show, there are plenty of cupboards to put things away. We had everything we needed and more, we were very comfortable. The hot tub is lovely, with the countryside and sea veiws all around. We both absolutely loved our stay. the cottage was perfect in every way , and the location was beautiful. We loved being around all the animals. Its also so close to some amazing places to visit. The owners were so lovely and welcoming.

Great cottage. Really well equipped and cosy. Super clean throughout. Beds very comfortable. We had a lovely few days with local trips out. Would definitely stay here again if holidaying in the area.

Fantastic cottage. Tom and Rhiann are great hosts. Little welcome pack with milk, butter, barra brith cake, tea and coffee. Beds are so comfy, that comfy infact, we took down the name on the mattress. Views of the sea from the top bedroom are great to wake upto. Lovely hot tub to soak in aswell. Will definitely be back

Wonderful property in a lovely location. The view from the master bedroom is something else, and from a super comfortable and huge bed! This was the perfect base for a week of beaches, cycling and hiking.
