Luxurious and comfortable, this superb holiday home welcomes large families or groups of friends bringing a canine companion, too. Stretch canine legs on Aberdovey Beach or enjoy scenic country walks. When you return to this stylish cottage after busy days, you can dine alfresco as you relish the extraordinary views through impressive glass doors or from the beautiful private terrace.

Let your excited hound lead you up the steps and into this superb holiday destination, in which crisp white walls complement wooden floors for a calming ambience. Store dog food in the utility and head into the living space, which comprises an open-plan kitchen/diner, with a Smart TV and a wood burner, and a dining table that easily seats ten. Wall-to-wall bifold doors allow you to enjoy the views in all weathers. This room flows around the corner to the kitchen, which boasts an American-style fridge/freezer and no less than two ovens. On this level you’ll also find the first of the four super-king-size bedrooms (which has patio doors to the terrace), as well as a sleek shower room. The remaining bedrooms, a family bathroom and a second shower room are all on the first floor. Perhaps the most impressive feature of the house is its long, raised sun terrace, where you can drink, grill on the BBQ, dine, lounge or soak in the hot tub (and shower afterwards), your pup also relaxing in the fresh air. For anyone bringing bikes, the property also has a cycle rack.

Located just above the charming seaside village of Aberdovey, the house is less than 1 mile from a long, unspoilt beach, most of which welcomes four-pawed friends all year round. Head to Tywyn, 4 miles, and jump on the scenic Talyllyn Railway, which steams you through southern Snowdonia, passing the Dolgoch Falls and reaching Nant Gwernol, where there are excellent forest walks.

Eithinfa is a home from home. Great location with wonderful views over the estuary, golf links the and beach, all a short walk from the house. Comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and two ovens. Useful separate utility room and lobby for storing coats, shoes, pushchairs and beach stuff. Parking space for Read morethree vehicles below the house. Very safe open balcony area for eating al fresco and for children to play, with secured gate to stairs down to the road. We didn't use the bunk room as we only had one toddler with us, but this is the perfect place for a large/multi family holiday. Loved the outdoor washing area to clean up muddy/sandy bikes, dogs and children! Hot tub and well one bottle of wine a bonus! Warmly recommend. Hide

Superb location. Very spacious property. Although kitchen well equipped, take oven gloves if you intend to cook. Did contact Holiday Cottages by email regarding poor condition of barbecue but did not receive an acknowledgement.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and very well equipped house, with its superb views. The owners have gone to much trouble to make the rooms attractive and welcoming, while still suitable for families. The hot tub was also a great success. My daughter told me that it had been her best family holiday and all family members expressed theirRead more appreciation. The terrace was also safe for small children too, which meant relaxation for parents! Thank you. Hide

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay in this delightful house. We were a family group of nine adults and two very young children. The views from the terrace are unbeatable, whatever the weather! The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with two ovens and two large fridges plus freezer, and included handy things like tin opener, cafetieres and plastRead moreic bowls for kids. The beds were ample and comfy, including the bunks. The hot tub and outside shower a real bonus! We can't wait to go back! Hide
