The shower is powerful. The bed is large and comfortable. Tvs and under floor heating are great. The outdoor area needs sprucing up and cleaning. Woolacombe and Bude are worth visiting. Often had to park up the road and the local pub is closed.

Everything about Rose Cottage was perfect. Lovely jacuzzi, comfy huge bed and sofa. Loved the big tv's, underfloor heating and super rain shower. Beautifully decorated. The only thing to consider is the need to drive to local shops and pubs but Rose cottage itself was absolutey wonderful.

A lovely cottage with everything you could wish for. Kitchen was amazing with all the amenities you need for a holiday. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day hiking the local area. The local pub Chichester Arms is open Wednesday to Sunday serving great food, we were made to feel like a local which was lovely. Easy access onto the Tarka trail too

Lovely little cottage, clean & well appointed for self-catering. Quiet but acessible location for exploring the area, lots of good local walking around the village as well. Welcome hot tub to relax in afterwards! Parking on the road wasn't a problem at all. Tried two good local pubs - The Chichester Arms just a stone's throw away, and The Castle atRead more Landkey. Didn't find a village shop, but supermarkets on the outskirts of Barnstaple are a short drive (2 miles?).. Would happily visit again. Hide
