Feed your pups here, or in the utility room upstairs. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. Heading upstairs, you'll find a glamorous lounge with an apex ceiling, comfortable seating and a wood burner. Just the spot to curl up with a good book while your pets snuggle in their beds nearby. There's a Smart TV in the cosy snug, three steps down. The remaining bedrooms are also on this level (please bear in mind that there are lots of internal steps in this historic property). One of the king-size bedrooms has a bath in the room itself, as well as an en-suite shower room, and there's one further en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom and a family shower room. For fresh air, take your hounds to the patio that leads to a sloping lawn. Grill something tasty on the BBQ, play table tennis or darts, or jump in the hot tub, all the while enjoying panoramic countryside views.
For exhilarating days out, head to the limestone hill of Bwrdd Arthur, 10.5 miles, or Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall (8 miles). Woofsters are welcome on the Bala Lake Railway, which puffs from Bala (15 miles), through the Snowdonia National Park to pretty Llanuwchllyn and back.
