Take two lucky four-legged friends to this captivating and stylish three-storey home, perfect for a family or friends’ get-together in Devon. Appledore is a picturesque town with narrow cobbled streets and cute pastel-coloured houses you can explore from your door.

This lovely cottage has an entrance hall, where you can kick off your boots and check for muddy paws, leading into a spacious and inviting open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with lots of character features such as tiled floors and ornamental fireplaces. As you enter the lounge, your pups will snag a spot by the wood burner to snooze, while comfortable seating and a Smart TV allow you to relax together. In the kitchen and dining area, you'll find everything you need to prepare and share your favourite meals. Just off the dining area is a rooftop glass enclosure that lets in natural light, and a shower room ideal for washing off sandy paws or toes. On the first floor are two bedrooms - a king-size and a twin - and a family bathroom. On the top floor are a spacious twin room with Smart TV, high ceilings and exposed beams and a king-size room with a four-poster bed, Smart TV and exposed beams. There's no garden, but a shared cobbled courtyard at the front leads to walks along the quayside.

The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! is just 3 miles away and offers a paw-print-friendly sandy beach accessible all year round at the northern end and from 1 October to 30 April at all other points. The Big Sheep (4 miles) is an ideal family day out and has dog kennels for minding your pup. Alternatively, Clovelly (13 miles) has a dog-friendly beach perfect for a run around while you sunbathe or snorkel.

A very comfortable, well equipped cottage right in the heart of Appledore. We all loved staying there and would definitely stay again if we were to visit Appledore again. Perfect. The welcome goodies and flowers were a really nice touch too

Location, location, location! Stunning quay position (no views from house itself) with fantastic deli, grocer and restaurants not forgetting the ferry to in-stow right on your doorstep. Fab interior style, well stocked kitchen etc, quality bedding and toiletries. Lovely welcome pack particularly generous for dogs who loved their gifts. Change over Read moreteam exceptional who quickly and professionally dealt with an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here a party of 5 aged 16-75 and 2 dogs. Thank you Hide

I took my wife away for her 60th with my son his wife and two children. Also my daughter who flew home from the USA. We love Appledore and have been coming here for over 40 years on and off. The cottage was perfect for us. In a great location for all the local amenities. Very comfortable cottage with all the facilities we needed. Thank you.
