We had the best time at Ivy Barn and would highly recommend it. Beautiful, spotless and very comfortable - the beds were amazing and I slept so well. The owners have thought of everything, with helpful extras and a great info folder for planning days out. Lots nearby to explore and dog-friendly too. Well definitely be booking again!

What a wonderful holiday home! Exceeded my expectations - the host has done a great job of making it feel homely and the amenities are excellent. A short walk into Braunton and so a great base for exploring North Devon, in particular the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail. I was only sad to leave after a fabulous week. I will definitely be back.Read more Thank you. Hide

The cottage is very clean, well decorated, equipped and comfortable. It's location within North Devon is perfect. The downside is it's immediate location. It is very noisy for a small road, and it is on a 3 point narrow junction, which when entering and leaving the essential garage can be tricky. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, nicely furnished cottage. Well situated for shops and beaches nearby. The owners rang to let us know the cottage was ready to enter at 3.20pm not 4pm as stated when booked, which was good for us as we arrived early.

Very nice house, plenty of room upstairs. Bedrooms rather small with head height in one of the doubles. Nice to walk into town but expect some road noise and people going past the windows. Nice location for visiting various places in North Devon. Quite a few decent eateries in town. Lovely powerful shower and well equipped.

Absolutely fabulous location, garage a must have and everything we could have needed was there. Village is great and a brilliant base for exploring north Devon but dont recommend the George Inn for a family meal on a Friday night, live band made it impossible to eat (didnt know at time of booking table)!

The property is a lovely barn conversion to stay in. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location was great for the town - easy walking distance, plenty of nice places to eat in the town. The only down side to the property is if you have more than one car, parking can be a slight issue for the second car.
