Set in a tranquil spot on the outskirts of Aberdovey, this beautiful detached property is a fantastic base for larger families enjoying a get-together or for groups of friends exploring the southern reaches of Snowdonia. With space for nine guests, the stylishly decorated, tastefully furnished getaway also has room for a four-legged companion to tag along and explore the area's lovely beaches, rustic villages and unforgettable countryside. Featuring a welcoming wood burner, exposed stonework and an elegant freestanding rolltop bath, this spacious holiday home has stunning rural scenery, providing a wonderful retreat for walkers, nature lovers and water sports fans.

A large hallway leads to the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with picture windows offering coastal views. The breezy lounge has a Smart TV, ample seating and a cheery wood burner, with the main dining table over by the fully equipped kitchen which has a handy breakfast bar. The ground floor also features the elegant bathroom and three bedrooms: a delightful twin, a relaxing en-suite super-king-size room and a cheerful family room with a double and single bed. Upstairs, there's an en-suite king-size bedroom with a seating area and glorious views, and a snug area with a Smart TV and bean bags, perfect for younger guests. Outside, the charming glass-balustraded terrace has a BBQ, plenty of garden furniture and a hot tub, providing a wonderful space to dine alfresco and take in far-reaching coastal vistas as your pet lies in the shade. Off-road parking is available for four cars, with a shed for bike storage.

Aberdovey has a pet-friendly beach and a choice of dog-welcoming places to eat and drink, making a fantastic base for exploring the breathtaking vistas of Eryri/Snowdonia. Just along the coast, the picturesque resort of Tywyn (4.5 miles) also has a tranquil dog-friendly beach (with some seasonal restrictions).

The cottage is an absolute gem in relation to comfort and how easily it was to relax into the holiday, helped of course by the fabulous views from the lounge and dining area, the vistas are spectacular. Absolutely wonderful holiday home with amazing facilities. Gorgeously appointed, great cooking facilities, log burner and hot tub plus 10 minute walk to the beach made our stay fabulous. A newly-renovated house in a superb location, Undermoor is very well-equipped, with comfortable beds and sofas, and good showers. Stunning refurbished cottage, great location, beautiful views over the estuary. Comfy beds, powerful showers, luxe hot tub. Short walk to town with great food and boutique shops. A perfect base for beach walks, hill treks and watersports. We'll certainly be back, and highly recommend to friends.

House is beautiful, views are even better! Especially when in the hot tub! Very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable! Plenty of space for everyone 3 bathrooms!! Addition of air-conditioning to the bedroom upstairs which was welcome on a 30 degree stay! Location perfect! Beach was lovely and dogs are allowed in big areas! What a beautiful property! So clean and comfortable with every modern item you could want. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk down to the beach - and what a beach it is. The view from Undermoor is just breathtaking and I would never grow tired of looking at it. Already looking at another stay next year.

Beautiful cottage with stunning sea views. Plentiful off street parking. Beds super comfortable Hot tub thoroughly enjoyed. Addition of aircon in the upstairs guest room was superb on hot nights. Brilliant showers - water pressure top tier. Lovely local eateries within walking distance. Five star rating thoroughly deserved.

A lovely comfortable property in a great location. Hot tub with a view! An easy 5/10 mins into town, the beach and the railway station. Cheap train fares to the likes of Tywyn, Barmouth, Harlech etc. Property very clean and well appointed. If fully occupied (9) the lounge seating and cutlery/crockery provision may need careful management.

The property had a great location and nearly everything we needed. It had more than we expected! It was close to the town, the beach and the train station. The heating with thermostats in every room, for the underfloor heating, was good. Radiators in the upstairs room. The hot tub was a success.

We had an absolutely fantastic Christmas break at Undermoor. The facilities, cleanliness, and layout were faultless. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Really happy with everything and cant wait to come back!
