Return from the nearby market towns with armloads of produce and rustle up a feast, thrilling your entire party with delicious meals – Fido included. Your waggy-tailed friend will adore keeping you company as you relax by the wood burner-effect fire in the lounge after dinner and watching from a safe distance whilst you take a dip in the hot tub outside. The enclosed garden has ample space to play, and there’s even a BBQ for al fresco dining. When the day is done, all four bedrooms upstairs are a sanctuary for a restful night’s sleep, especially when you discover that each one boasts an en-suite.

Investigate a plethora of walks from your doorstep, delighting the stick-chasers among you with scenic trails galore. Llandrindod Wells, 19 miles away, has museums, natural springs, shops and eateries to peruse. The region is an idyllic spot for sporty guests with a love of walking, fishing and golf, plus the Elan Valley is simply breathtaking to explore, 26.5 miles away. The location of the property was perfect, very peaceful with great views. Very spacious and well equipped with plenty of room for our family of 5. We were very fortunate to have great weather which meant the garden, BBQ and hot tub were used frequently and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Very comfortable beds and great en suites with good showers. The property is beautiful, it has everything you could think of needing from airfryer to baby gates and everything else in between! We loved the huge outdoor space and the hot tub was a massive treat! The only reason I have given 4 stars for the location was because for us it was a bit further from attractions than we anticipated (i think we lookedRead more at the distance for the journeys rather than the time) if you are looking for rolling hills and beautiful countryside then this is the place for you! What a wonderful week we have had. Everything was perfect for a stay with family & friends. The barn itself is so well equipped, the outside space is exceptional, enclosed so safe for dogs to roam. We loved the open plan space downstairs and found the upstairs perfect for a group of adults staying with every room having its own en-suite. Amazing place, well equipped. The hot tub is a real bonus as its very large. Garden is huge and secure, if you have a dog you dont need to worry about it escaping. Lots of games to play inside and out. Very remote location, so if you want shops you have to travel but the views are brilliant. We loved our stay.

Beautiful spacious converted barn, with modern interior design. Very clean. Hosts on hand and happy to help. Comfy beds and all bedrooms have an en-suite. Note that holiday cottages states that the postcode will take you to the barn via the sat nav however you will need to continue driving about half a mile to reach the barn. No mattress with traveRead morel cot provided however this wasnt an issue for us as we had taken our own but be aware of this. Note there is no shop or pub within walking distance, Hide

Blue Lins River Barn was the ultimate get away cottage. There was a very generous welcome pack waiting in the spotlessly clean large open plan accommodation. There was an huge enclosed garden at the back from where we could watch the setting sun. All the adults and children had a lovely time,. Beautiful house with stunning hot tub plenty of walks for man and dog and such freedom for children we took collapsible goal cricket etc. Newtown is a lovely place everything you needed there and a beautiful park with lots there for children.
