French doors open out from the lounge and into the back garden which has ramp access. The garden has a large lawn and a decked area providing a sweet space for enjoying a morning coffee.
The property is close to the centre of the historic village of Holcombe with its picturesque thatched cottages and a couple of friendly pubs. A half-mile walk will take you along an old smugglers’ path and past dramatic red cliffs to the dog-welcoming sand-and-shingle beach which runs alongside a famous coastal stretch of railway. The South West Coast Path offers miles of wonderful walks for your pets to lead you along. Within easy reach are the thriving English Riviera resorts of Torquay (11 miles) and Paignton (16 miles). Dogs are welcome at Babbacombe Model Village, Decoy Country Park and Powderham Castle, all within 8 miles.
