This dreamy dwelling sits on the spectacular North Devon coastline where rugged cliffs, dramatic scenery and crashing waves create ever changing scenery which is always a treat for your eyes. Wake up in this home from home where traditional charm flows throughout and head out for a morning stroll with your tail-wagging, four-legged friends. Adventure away before returning back to the ranch for a restful evening beneath glorious vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, pop the kettle on, rustle up a hearty feast and rejuvenate ready for the day ahead.

 

This first-floor converted 19th century barn exudes farmhouse style warmth. Snuggle up in a cosy spot whilst furry tummies sprawl out at your feet and lose yourself in a good book or a crossword. The open-plan living space is perfect for keeping an eye on the antics of your canine companions and creates a lovely welcoming space in which to unwind; the wood burner effect electric fire promises to keep you toasty as you curl up in front of the Smart TV. Well-equipped and with plenty of room for all hands on deck, concoct culinary delights in the kitchen area and savour tasty morsels at the dining table which comfortably seats all guests with two legs. Should your muscles ache from days spent on the coast path enjoy a soak in the original roll top bath before diving into bed in one of two lovely bedrooms.

 

Less than 3 miles from home lie the cobbled streets of Clovelly village. Dotted with pubs, quirky homes and perhaps even the odd donkey, make your way down to the harbour for a tasty portion of fish and chips by the lapping waves and waterfalls. Hop on the South West Coast Path at Hartland Quay, 5 miles from home, and partake in a spot of stick chasing as you follow the twists and turns and gasp at the breathtaking views.

A lovely accomodation, comfortable . The location is good to explore. The bonus was the the half paddock grass area for our dogs.

The Dairy House was warm and cosy, and we loved the high ceilings, beams and old door with a view to the sea. There was everything provided in the house that we could possibly need. The Wifi worked fine and helped us with our daily planning. The Dairy house is a fabulous place, it has everything you could want for a comfortable stay.we stayed mid October and the central heating and electric heater kept us cosy and warm,it is well situated close too Hartland and covelly ,which are fabulous places to visit, it is only a short distance to westward ho Bideford and Bude.all in all we had a Read morelovely time and would definitely recommend the Dairy house. The Dairy House, is a beautiful old property, with so much space to enjoy. It has everything you could need for a relaxing time. It is very Querky and different, we absolutely loved it. We had a lovely stay. The cottage was super clean and tidy. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. We are a family of 4 plus 2 large dogs and didn't feel at all cramped. The Dairy House was lovely and quirky, and well decorated, with beautiful views from the windows. Was well equipped with lots of useful information provided. The gardens were well maintained and the buildings that the Dairy forms part of are picturesque.

We couldnt fault our stay in The Dairy House.the perfect location for us to explore North Devon/Cornwall with fabulous views. The property had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay and was warm, cosy, clean and spacious. Our Mini Schnauzer Molly loved her morning walks around the grounds and also had a safe paddock for some off-the-leRead moread exploring! Dairy House far exceeded our expectations, it was superb. Stayed in numerous holiday cottages/lodges and this is the best one. Great views from the stable door, all the items needed for holiday are in the house, very good kitchen appliances etc. Our dog, poppy, loved having her own field to play in. Really handy for exploring the local attractions Read moreand Bideford, Barnstaple, Bude and Ilfracombe are all lovely towns to spend a few hours. Woolacombe beach is probably the best in the world.. A blind on bedroom window would be helpful to block light from hall and kitchen needs serving dishes, otherwise all good and environment/surrounds lovely. Internet very poor.
