Head inside to the warmth of one of the two elegantly decorated bedrooms, both of which boast luxurious en-suite shower rooms. Toiletries provided including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are friendly to the bio-digestive system on site. The owner purchases these from a Welsh company called Myddfai who employ people with SENs and use natural ingredients in their products.

Let your pup take the lead on a stroll around Llandrindod Lake Park (1.5miles) or at Rock Park which has some fabulous walks for you and your dog. Discover the vividly named Water-break-its-neck, a moss-lined gorge with a cascading waterfall situated in Warren Wood, part of the Radnor Forest (15 miles). After working up an appetite, head to one of the many dog and human-friendly pubs in Llandrindod Wells (1.5 miles).
