Very well situated for sightseeing in the area and a nice little cottage, very close to harbour and lovely sea views, albeit very small, but not a problem for 2 adults and a child. Appledore is a lovely harbourside town, would recommend the Maritime museum (fascinating stories of Appledores involvement on DDay) and the local Ice cream.(Delicious!)

This little cottage is well equipped, very clean and just a stone's throw from the Appledore beach, Quay and car park. It was comfortable but very snug. It would suit a couple with a younger child (supervision on steep stairs would be needed), but was just too small for me and my two kids (13 and 10).
