Cook up treats in your stylish kitchen, then serve at the table in the dining room or the conservatory, where you can open the garden doors to let the fresh air in. Call the pups to keep you company in the games room while you switch on the wood burner-effect electric fire and play pool. A shower room is located here too. You’ll find all four bedrooms on the first floor, together with the family bathroom. On summer days make your way to Saunton Sands, 13 miles away, where your pals can bound along the 3.5-mile stretch of beach throughout the year. Pick up the South West Coast Path here and embark upon a 4.5-mile circular walk, which will take you to Croyde and Saunton Down, and give you magnificent views across Bideford Bay, the Taw and Torridge Estuary. Drive approximately 5 miles to the edge of Exmoor National Park; venture in to find a myriad of footpaths through stunning landscapes.
