Head inside and make your way into the inviting, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can warm chilly paws and feet beside the wood burner, then settle down in front of the Smart TV. Prepare meals for your happy hound in the kitchen or wander through to the other side of the house, where there is a larger, modern kitchen that opens out into a fabulous dining area. This part of the property also encompasses a sizeable second lounge, with another wood burner, where there is ample space for people to play games and pets to keep them company. There is also a conservatory, where you can enjoy some quiet time with your contented canine, and a utility room, with WC. Upstairs, to one side of the house, there is a family bathroom, plus a king-size bedroom, and a family suite with a king-size room and an adjoining room with a double bed, suitable for one person. To the other side, there is a bunk bedroom and two king-size, with a family bathroom between them. There is also a family shower room. Spill out into the exquisite gardens to play games with your pet and cook on the BBQ. Supervise children and dogs near the pond.
Stroll just over 1 mile to the sandy beach, most of which is dog friendly all year round. From here, stretch furry legs with a 4-mile walk along the beach and through the dunes to Tywyn.
