A bright and light mid-terraced house 500 metres from Padstow’s bustling harbour, one of the most popular attractions on the North Cornwall coast. The two-storey house looks out onto a pretty street and is surrounded by whitewashed period properties. It has been finished to an exceptional standard, its large rooms adorned with contemporary, colourful and characterful soft furnishings across hard and carpeted flooring draped in natural light. Prepare to curl up with friends on two and four legs in the comfortable lounge for refreshment-laden conversation, best enjoyed after an indulgent meal prepared in the spacious kitchen/diner next door. This foodie’s dream is also a great social space, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals in comfort as sunlight pours in through its French doors. After a day exploring Padstow, retire to the welcome embrace of a king-size, twin or bunk bedroom, with the convenience of a family bathroom close by. The kitchen/diner leads out into an attractive split-level garden, perfect for morning coffees or alfresco suppers with the River Camel visible through the rooftops.

Padstow Harbour (500 metres) is renowned for its family-friendly restaurants, shops and dog-friendly pubs.The house is a convenient base from which to explore the Camel Estuary AONB, a tidal river valley which can be digested on foot or bicycle along the Camel Trail. This 18-mile route takes in the small town of Wadebridge (8.5 miles) and attractions including Prideaux Place (3 miles), a Grade-I listed Elizabethan country house that welcomes dogs onto its grounds.
