A delightful cottage in the centre of this small village, two minutes from the Castle and two minutes from the pub which serves good food; about 5 minutes to the small shop. The parking area is a little tight. A traditional cottage but with a modern bathroom and large modern, very well equipped kitchen and dinning area. The bedroom is a reasonable size (only negative it is quite a squeeze between the bed and the wall/fire place on one side). The bed was really comfortable with very clean, crisp white linen. There is a garden area just outside the kitchen door, I am not a fan of artificial turf but I can see the practicalities. The garden is quite large with access down a long passageway, parts were quite a sun trap (although in some areas very large neighbours trees put some of it into shade). We didn't use the hot tub as having a dog we weren't too sure about the safety; We would certainly return Hide

The cottage was excellent with a nicely lit path down to a secret garden. Couldn't ask for better. We visited Llangollen for a trip into Wales, Little Wenlock for a lovely lunch with friends at The Huntsman, and Ellesmere where we watched the birds, walked Rumour (our border terrier) and ate ice cream!
