Inside, there’s a useful kitchenette equipped with an air fryer as well as a fridge, toaster and kettle alongside storage space and a charming dining table. A cosy double bed and invigorating shower room lie to the rear. Back outside, a private garden surrounds the hut, with a handy bench providing a lovely spot for dining alfresco and taking in the superb views with your pet lying back in the shade. There’s also a firepit with a swing arm BBQ. Parking is available for one car.
The hut lies just outside the picturesque Herefordshire hamlet of Little Dewchurch, which has a friendly village inn and is surrounded by magnificent countryside with plenty of waymarked footpaths and trails to discover with your canine accomplice. Heading east, the Wye Valley National Landscape is just over a mile away, leading south to the beautiful expanses of the spellbinding Forest of Dean (18 miles). The cathedral city of Hereford is to the north (7 miles), and the cheerful market town of Ross-on-Wye to the south (9.5 miles) with a wide variety of great places to eat and drink, many of them pet-friendly.
