Got back from a weeks stay yesterday. Had a pleasant stay, in a good location. Bed very comfy and great shower. Sadly the garden left a lot to be desired, not very accommodating, the small table and 2 chairs need updating and cleaned before guests arrive. No access to a barbecue, which would be a nice touch at least. Had no access to Netflix etc uRead morentil the Thursday when a new router was fitted. Local coffee shop, fish and chip shop and pub which were all good, all within walking distance. Had a lovely cooked breakfast at the coffee shop. Unfortunately the pub, the Rising Sun, does not serve food, but does very cheap cocktails. It's a sports bar, pool and darts and TV screens, so were able to watch the first England World Cup game. Great atmosphere and the Landlord gave out free hot dogs during half time. Hide

Lovely old cottage in a very good location for places of interest. Also, in the village is a large coop supermarket, plus a fish & chip shop, pub & coffee shop which does an excellent breakfast.

Court Farm Cottage was a great choice for taking a winter break with our dog. Despite the wet weather returning back to a warm and comfortable cottage was made all the better for having log burner to settle down in front of for a relaxing evening.

We had a lovely stay. The heating is very effective and will make the place cosy, with a wood-burning fire if you want a bit of extra atmosphere. The cottage doesn't let in much noise from outside, so it's really quiet and calm indoors.
