Set within a walled garden in the historic Cressbrook Estate, this pretty cottage welcomes six friends and two dogs with open paws. With a fantastic garden space, open-plan living, and easy access to scenic walking routes, this is the perfect dog-friendly getaway.

The living area combines a kitchen, dining area, and a lounge, where you can spend time socialising together, cooking, eating, and kicking back on the sofa to watch TV while you let sleeping dogs lie. When you are ready for a much-needed sleep, you can choose from one of three en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has rustic styling and double beds, as well as an en-suite shower room. Outside, the fantastic garden has a patio area, garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a fire pit where you can warm up on chilly evenings. Beyond this, there is a lawn, which is shared with the neighbouring properties, and is a great place for dogs to roam about. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

Explore Cressbook Dale Site of Special Scientific interest (0.5 miles) and look out for the vast range of wildlife there. Head off on foot and paw along the traffic-free Monsal Trail (1 mile) that offers scenic Peak District views. Alternatively, visit the picturesque towns of Bakewell (6 miles) and Buxton (9 miles) which have an eclectic mix of shops and eateries, many of which welcome your four-legged companions.

Lovely properties. Brilliant location for access to Monsal Trail and other hikes and walks. Would recommend to anyone!
