Walks can be enjoyed from there along the picturesque River Ure, plus tea rooms in the village warmly welcome dogs. Alternatively, history buffs will enjoy a trip to Middleton Castle (9 miles), where they can take their pup for a stroll around the romantic ruins of Richard III’s childhood home.
