Overall a pretty cottage, would benefit from a bit of tlc, slightly overpriced for what you get. Nice location, cute village. Good walks from the doorstep.

Very well equipped cottage in a beautiful village. Perfect kitchen with everything we needed. Plus in the room next door you could find everything else: washing-machine, microwave, baking tools - just great! Very comfortable bedrooms and beds with a nice view on the hills. Good spacious bathroom with a modern shower (no bath - but we didn't need onRead moree). Very nice of the owner to give us milk, wine and toast and that very good local cheese! Hide

Stylish and comfortable cottage in beautiful, quiet village with lots of excellent walking from door, pub (good pub food), butcher and village shop, waterfall, swallows, martins and swifts. Upper Wensleydale so scenic with plenty of places to visit and other parts of the Dales easy to get to. Overall a great base for great holiday, thankyou.
