This gem of a property is in a pretty hamlet called Raywell, offering rural charm and excellent dog-walking opportunities in the Humber Estuary area. With three bedrooms, it offers accommodation for up to six guests - perfect for a family holiday or group of nature loving friends. In good weather, it's a dream to relax with your pet on the sunny patio, lapping up the paddock and countryside views with a glass of something cold in hand. Golf enthusiasts will be keen to enjoy a round at the course just 400 metres away, or any of the three others within a 7-mile radius.

Inside this modern brick home awaits a stylish and welcoming decor, with greys, whites and plenty of splashes of colour. In the contemporary open-plan kitchen-lounge, sink into the corner sofa and switch on the Smart TV while your pets stretch out on the rug. The kitchen, complete with elegant grey units and a coffee machine, is wonderful for cooking up feasts using local produce from Beverley's Saturday market (7.5 miles). As you tuck into meals, open the double glass doors to let the outside in. Outdoors, a dining set and BBQ set you up for fresh-air meals sure to make pets' whiskers twitch with anticipation.

You'll have a pub, supermarket and restaurants 4 miles away in Cottingham. For scenic dog walks, the 21-hectare Humber Bridge Country Park offers trails with sculptures, woodland, meadows and ponds. As your pet sniffs out all the new smells, you can admire dramatic views over the River Humber and Humber Bridge. The historic town of Beverley is wonderful for whiling away an afternoon, whether you're tucking into lunch in a dog-friendly cafe or relaxing in a beer garden. And if you're in the mood for an urban day out, the city of Hull is only 8 miles to the east.

The cottage was pleasant and very much as shown in the photographs. It was in a good location and, on the whole I enjoyed my stay. However, one thing which wasn't in the details was the two five bar gates which had to be opened and closed every time you entered or left the property. This would not be such a problem with a bigger party but as a loneRead more traveller it became a chore. This was a shame as otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Hide

The Stables in Raywell offered us a real home-from-home experience. The owner was kind enough to meet us on arrival and show us around which led to a very comfortable stay, having been appraised of all of the accommodations features etc from day one. Additionally, Victoria was easily contactable (should we have needed to) during our stay. The propeRead morerty is comfortable, light and very well maintained with views overlooking the countryside all around which are beautiful, especially on a sunny day. The outdoor space to the front of the property gets the sun from early in the morning and is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped and had plenty of amenities for our family of four. All of the rooms were well appointed and have plenty of hanging and storage space. The showers in the bathrooms were powerful and hot and we had plenty of space in the family bathroom. I would highly recommend this accommodation and can honestly say that we had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Thank you! Hide

A fantastic place to stay, very clean and comfortable with lovely views of the countryside. The location is excellent, very close to Willerby and Cottingham yet you are out in the peace and quiet of the countryside. What a lovely property in a beautiful, peaceful location. A lovely warm welcome with lots of information given. Fortunately the weather was amazing all week, so I was able to make the most of the large patio area. Some great places nearby including Nut Wood, where you can join the Wold's Way walk, Williams Den/Drewton's Farm Shop in South Cave, SkiRead moredby Windmill, Southwood Garden Centre in Cottingham, Driffield & the Farm Shop at Cranswick & so many more great places nearby. We had a fantastic week at the Stables, it is a stunning property with magnificent grounds and views. It is brand new and is finished to the highest quality, it makes you feel like you are the first people to stay there. The kitchen is so well equipped and the cleanliness is second to none. Very peaceful and the perfect location to visit the local Read morelandmarks and Beverley only 10 minutes away. The owners are very friendly and make us feel very welcome. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at The Stables, it is comfortable, spacious and cosy. Great location, very peaceful and perfect for us to visit family in the area. Would love to return in the summer to make the most of the large grass paddock and lovely patio area. Owners were also very kind and on hand should we need anything.

The property was nice and well equipped, Unfortunately we had a issue with a nasty Smell coming from the downstairs bedroom ensuite, on contacting the owner I was told that someone had been to check the problem before and had not been able to find the source, had we known this, we would have booked another property as this was not a very nice experRead moreience for my son and his partner.
