We thought that your fantastic cottage was stylish, spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful gardens tended by Dennis. Our only suggestion would be a small privacy curtain over the side door, nearest Dutch Collage. Many thanks Sarah and Warren

This is a very well equipped cottage with a large kitchen with every modern convenience, and with an adjoined sitting area, and a comfortable living room too, both with TVs if you need them. The internet worked well as we need to occasionally workk whilst away. The main bed was comfortable and the area quiet. One thing to be aware of is that the maRead morein bedroom floor has steps so you do need to be careful if you have to get up in the night. All in all a very good cottage, well recommended. Hide

This is a lovely home but not suitable for renting. Add to the above there is a lot of noise from the Driffield/Scarborough road, Heavy traffic from 0330hrs. Also the KIlham road is right next to the cottage and used as a ratrun short cut. This cottage is a joy. It's well located for exploring E & N Yorkshire with all its lovely little market towns and lovely beaches, and it's got the best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental cottage. Perfect for the week we wanted.
