We were delighted to discover a part of Yorkshire that we didnt know and there was no disappointment. Lovely cottage in good location to see York, Coast, North Moors and some of the Dales. Bus to York and friendly village Pubs and shop. Property is lovely with all utilities expected. However steep steps to door and parking can be awkwardly tight if neighbour parks to close and you must have a small car.
