Coco is in a fantastic location in Helmsley within an easy stroll of cafes, restaurants and shops. The parking is excellent. The cottage is well equipped and nicely decorated. The courtyard garden is very nice and would be great for a BBQ.

The cottage was well positioned about 300 yards from the centre of Helmsley, an attractive village with very good amenities. The cottage was very good and clean. Had all the equipment we needed and more. We found the seating uncomfortable for us . Parking was good, right outside the cottage.

Coco is a lovely comfortable, clean cottage in an ideal location. We intended to use it as a base for visiting nearby locations but in the event the car never moved and we just relaxed and strolled into Helmsley when we required some shopping or a meal. A memorable wedding anniversary.

A lovely well equipped little house is a very good location. Easy walking to the centre of town and Helmsley is so well situated for all the surrounding towns and villages. Plenty of good eating places around but would recommend The Blacksmith's Arms at Lastingham for superb quality and value for money.

Perfectly positioned and attractive cottage with ample good cafes, restaurants, walks and places of interest closed by. Very steep stairs so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Lovely welcome hamper and good, if in some cases outdated information on village shops and restaurants. Plenty information leaflets on local area things to do.

Disappointing. Needs a good clean in particular the bathroom. Baffled by description of exquisite, gorgeous and luxurious. No heating in bathroom, grossly inadequate towel rail, poor quality towels and bedding-polyester duvet in main bedroom had what appeared to be blood stains on it. Lot of noise from hot tub in garden next door. Shower has no temRead moreperature gauge and water got hotter and hotter-dangerous for small children. Not 5* or in any way luxurious. Hide

A cosy modern and tasteful cottage in an excellent location. It was very quiet, had an allocated parking space and was an easy 5/10 walk into centre of Helmsley.

Great location- turn right for the short walk to the centre of Helmsley and all its attractions. Wonderful selection of places to see, drink and eat. La Trattoria is well recommended! The Helmsley Deli within the Square sells first class local products. Turn right and right again for the best dog walking! So many places to visit within a 30 minute Read moredrive - spoilt for choice. Accommodation is open plan, homely and is well equiped with everything you need. Our little dog enjoyed the courtyard. Very cosy and comfortable cottage in a great location only a short walk from Helmsley market square. Welcome pack was gratefully received. The last cottage we stayed in didn't even have salt snd pepper so it was a lovely surprise to have the essentials provided ( teabags, oil etc). Beds were super comfy too.
