Entering the property up some stone steps, you are welcomed into this stunning single-level cottage with rustic touches and charm, including exposed beams and wooden floors throughout. And there is no need to worry about muddy paws with a washer/dryer on hand. Enjoy a quiet breakfast in the sun-drenched open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner as you plan the day’s activities. Romantic meals will be plentiful with a well-equipped kitchen to show off some gastronomic flair. Throw open the patio doors on a sunny day and read a book on the raised seating area overlooking the shared courtyard. A private garden approached via a path is perfect for sizzling a sausage or two.

The Mendip Hills is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can climb and discover the legends of the Glastonbury Tor (7 miles), an iconic and spiritual magnet. Experience the fresh salty air 15 miles away at Burnham-on-Sea, where you can walk the hind legs off your hound when there are no seasonal restrictions. Visit the awe-inspiring cliffs of Cheddar Gorge, 13 miles away, where all visiting hounds are welcome to experience the caves and tearooms - they even have water bowls outside the shops.

Cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped, very generous on amount of wood for log burner. The cottage is in a ideal position to visit the most popular tourist areas.

Had lovely relaxing stay at this cosy and tastefully furnished cottage, set in a quiet location with stunning views around the area, the hosts are very friendly and approachable, the cottage was ideal for our Cavapoo Lottie with plenty of places for dog walking, would definitely return again and recommend it to others

The Old Dairy was immaculate. Spotlessly clean with high quality appliances, comfortable furnishings good quality towels and linens. It is an a great location for exploring the Somerset Levels and surrounding towns and villages. We would highly recommend this property.

It really is a lovely place to stay. Warm and cosy feel throughout and so convenient. We have a small well behaved dog which was catered for with towels and treats! Owners are friendly and kept polite distance, but checked we were ok on arrival and departure. High quality furnishings and equipment makes this place a peaceful haven to just relax if Read moredesired. We like to put our feet up in evenings. A welcome addition would be a foot rest! Fabulous stay. Quiet retreat but close enough to the amenities, ten minutes from Glastonbury and Street. 30 minutes from the coast and also Cheddar Gorge and Wells. The Cottage was in excellent order, clean and comfortable. 5* rating. 10/10 top quality.

A superb cottage, ideally located for exploring in any direction (handy for getting the best of whatever the weather man has in store). This is a beautifully converted barn, it has really good facilities and they are of excellent quality. The surrounding countryside is lovely, so nice to sit at the dining table and see the sheep in the field. The owners were really nice, and a bottle of wine is a nice gesture.
