Alverstone is an attractive little village situated on the east coast of the Isle of Wight, just a few miles from two stunning beaches. Sandown Beach (3 miles) is one of the island’s most prestigious and famous beaches due to its rich golden sands and attractive pier. Take a walk along the promenade to the local shops and amusements or enjoy a picnic whilst soaking up the stunning views over Sandown Bay. Yaverland Beach (3 miles) is a glorious sandy beach where you can take your waggy-tailed friends for a splash in the sea and endless games of frisbee.
