We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage and would highly recommend it. The property was spotless, very cosy, and full of character. Everything was extremely well looked after and equipped to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a spacious fridge freezer. The bathroom was modRead moreern and impeccably clean, while the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of storage space. We especially loved the log burner, which was thoughtfully prepared ready to light, with plenty of wood and fire starters provided. The owners truly went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They even prepared a map showing the path to the nearby village pub, and we loved seeing the renovation photos of the cottage displayed on the walls. The village itself is lovely, with many charming old thatched cottages. Opposite the cottage there is private parking for two cars, as well as a beautiful walking route through the woods and fields, which was perfect for our dogs. It was such a thoughtful touch that even the dogs were welcomed with treats and blankets. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return in the future. Hide

A lovely warm and well equipped cottage! Ideally placed in the village with handy parking across the road adjacent to a footpath. The owner, Karen was on hand to answer any questions and was very helpful. We were out walking with our dogs all day everyday, also, there's lots of places of historical interest to visit too.
