Enjoy a romantic getaway with your loved one and your favourite four-legged pal in this stylish studio. Located on the fringe of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with its remote landscapes and designated dark-sky areas, it’s easy to escape the hustle and bustle and fully unwind on a long walk with the woofer. There are some great dog-friendly attractions nearby, including the medieval Skipton Castle (0.5 miles away) and Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway (2 miles away).

This quirky property is full of chic features and vibrant flashes of colour, to create a truly unique setting. The open-plan layout makes the studio feel bright and airy, with plenty of space for the three of you to spread out and relax. Hard floors run throughout the property, making it nice and easy to deal with the odd muddy pawprint. In the morning, sip your first coffee of the day at the stylish breakfast bar before heading out for a stroll around the pretty streets with the pup or popping next door to the owner’s delightful cafe. After a fun day of exploring, slip into one of the cosy bathrobes and enjoy a spot of pampering before sinking into the sumptuous king-size bed.

The lively market town of Skipton is packed with independent boutiques, cafes and pubs; this is proper walkers’ territory, so many welcome furry visitors with open arms. Journey back in time on the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway, and majestically cruise through the Yorkshire countryside with your canine companion by your side. Hop off at Bolton Abbey and take a gentle 1.5-mile stroll to explore the ruins of the abbey. Alternatively, head into the national park and take on one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks. Pen-y-ghent offers fabulous views and is just over 20 miles away.

Shower area really small, i struggled to bathe properly, the studio itself was well equipped, not a lot of space to hang and put clothes away, but all in all enjoyed our stay

Wow! Thanks for an amazing Birthday Weekend! Treats when we got there, the pint of milk, flapjack and refreshments were most welcomed. The place was spotless, a fantastic location and our own parking area...excellent! A small space but so well thought out. Our little terrier Alfie felt very much at home. We would love to come back. We needed a short break away from everything but we booked everything so last minute. We stumbled upon this little gem and it was lovely! Plenty of supermarkets nearby and a bus station so we could go further afield but also near all the lovely little streets and tourist destinations such as Skipton Castle. It was a very peaceful location and ownerRead mores left us everything we needed in a beautiful little room. Great for a romantic getaway. Hide
