Step out from this delightful Cornish cottage with Fido by your side and immerse yourselves in your picturesque surroundings. Nestled in Tregeare, 6.5 miles from Launceston, the two-bedroom holiday home sleeps three guests, as well as one hound. Head out on trips to Bodmin Moor, just 4.5 miles from your base, or venture 19 miles to the fringes of Dartmoor National Park, to pick up interesting footpaths and trails. Return to the beautifully presented cottage to relax out in its tranquil garden with your faithful friend.

Call Fido inside and towel him down in the boot room. Head through to the lounge to light the wood burner during the colder months and to watch the Smart TV while your pal dozes. Amble through to the kitchen to make a cup of tea, prepare dinner and dish up some food for your canine companion. Enjoy your meal in the gorgeous garden room/diner. You also have a handy downstairs WC. Settle Fido down for the night then make your way up to the first floor to either the double bedroom or the single, which could also be used as a study by anyone with work to catch up on. Find the family bathroom, with a contemporary slipper bath, up here too. Wake up and take Fido out into the fresh air while you relax in the sunshine over your coffee. Fire up the BBQ in the garden on balmy evenings. You also have plenty of parking.

Pack a picnic, grab the lead and drive 12 miles to Boscastle, where Fido can run free in the sandy cove while you paddle or swim. Visit Tintagel Castle too, 4 miles from Boscastle and 13.5 miles from your cottage. Fido can join you here but keep an eye on him on the steps and by the cliff edges.

Typical of what you would expect from a country cottage, love that some of the interior has retained original charm, with a mix of modern features added in. Location ideal for peace, quiet, and relaxation, and we enjoyed our stay, thank you. :)

Loved our stay in the property. Really comfortable and furnished to a very high standard. The conservatory was our favourite spot. Ideally located to tour lots of local coves along the coastal path away from the crowds. Highly recommended.

High quality cottage. Stairs are steep but not unexpected. Probably the best bath in a holiday cottage weve come across. A good size and not one that tries to slide you under the water. This is a fantastic cottage in a remote location which is lovely and quiet. You are within 10-15 mins of the main town centre and being so close to the major Cornish routes, it is very easy to access both north and south from this location. Highly recommended!
