Fabulous cottage. Remote - up in a forest - with just the sheep for company. Walking and cycling from the door - take your map and compass! Exceptional views. The best all round cottage that we have ever stayed in, in over15 years Cleanliness, helpfulness of Mae and John, comfort, views-fabulous. For us the location was amazing. Isolated but within driving distance of so many places to explore. Walks straight from the door. We have 2 large dogs and were concerned about the previous comments regardiRead moreng enclosed garden. We were happy to find it was totally secure. So many areas to sit and relax. Loved sitting in the conservatory looking out at the mountains and the unexpected jets flying through the valley. We have every intention of returning. Thank you Mae and John. We loved the location for exploring Snowdonia and lots of walks / waterfalls nearby. Very well equipped. Enjoyed the local town Dolgellau with lots of restaurants and a pint in the Cross Keys. Good to get away from everything in rural North Wales.
