Ideally situated close to the Devon/Cornwall border and perfect for visiting both picturesque counties and exploring all they have to offer. There is so much to see and do in the area with a choice of glorious golden beaches, the South West Coast Path, and many unspoilt coves. Enjoy nearby Bude with its splash pool, canal, shops, and eateries, and the historical village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets, visitor centre, tea rooms, and shops, both 10 miles away. Other attractions and places of interest include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep attractions, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, and RHS Rosemoor Gardens, all within 22 miles.

Stepping inside this stunning property via the pretty porch you will find yourself in the beautiful contemporary lounge/kitchen area. The well-appointed kitchen features a breakfast bar and a comfortable sofa nearby with a Smart TV, so the appointed chef can still be part of the fun! There is also an undeniably useful utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. From here, head further into the property to discover the lounge/diner − another fabulously presented, social space. This lovely light room combines relaxation and dining with a cosy wood burner, a table, delightful countryside views, bi-folding doors to the patio and garden, and a further Smart TV. Also, on the ground floor, is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Venturing up the stairs to the first floor, you will discover the stunning master bedroom with a king-size bed and a TV. This room also benefits from beautiful countryside views framed by the feature floor-to-ceiling window. Located next to this room is a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bath, a separate shower with side massage jets, and WC. Completing the offering inside the property are two further beautifully presented bedrooms, a king room, and a twin which is accessed via the double.

Heading outside and located to the side and rear of the property, is a lovely, enclosed lawn garden which is accessed via the bi-folding doors from the lounge. Guests can relax in style on the sunny furnished patio, firing up the BBQ for dinner before heading into the private hot tub. Children will love the trampoline, football goals as well as the lambs and pony in the neighbouring field keeping everyone entertained. We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage is peaceful and cosy, but also modern and really well equipped, everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully done. The garden and hot tub were a real highlight. Our boys loved having space to play football and were very excited about the pony next door! We really enjoyed our stay at Crosslands Cottage. It feels warm, comfortable, and as the pictures show, the furnishings and decor are done to a high standard. Despite it being a miserable February with mostly fog, rain and wind the house and hot tub really made up for it. The underfloor heating works very well, so well, we didn't even use the log fRead moreire. The nearby beaches of Sandymouth and Duckpool are stunning. Highly recommend "The Little Pig" restaurant/cafe just outside Kilkhampton. Hide

Real luxury yet so cosy. Everything and more that you could want. Beautiful countryside and amazing walks. Bude is a lovely unspoilt town with great beaches, the downs and a lovely canal walk

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our three boys (9, 7 and 6) adored the outdoor space with the trampoline, huge hot tub and football goal. The home was really comfortable and clean and in a great spot to explore both the coast and countryside.

The cottage was in a great location for visiting Noth West of Cornwall. It had all modern conveniences and the hot tub saw a lot of use. Alliances were easy to use and there was plenty of room in the cottage. It was so peaceful and the views were so good. As we had 2 it was ideal that the garden was enclosed. Crosslands cottage was ideal for our stay with 3 boys under 12 the football goal and trampoline were a great addition, the owners had really thought of everything it was so well equipped with good recommendations of days out and nice restaurants to choose from which we took advantage of, we did contact the owners with a few questions and they were Read moreso helpful and understanding. Fantastic day at this Holiday Cottage. Lovely quiet area with open views. They accommodate to everything that was needed. Highly recommend this place. Lovely getaway.
