Talk to the friendly owner to arrange a tour of the farm, or head out with your dogs to explore the beautiful Cornish coast, with the South West Coast Path and the harbour village of Fowey situated just 6.5 miles away. As you approach this cottage along the private farm lane, you will immediately get a sense of just how quiet and restful your stay will be.

Garden furniture different to website and is only a bistro set so not very comfortable to sit on for long. Also welcome pack with WiFi codes and heating instructions would have helped .

Lovely cosy, warm property on the farm. Very nice to have a cream tea left for us and very welcome. Great place to stay especially if you had children who wanted a farm stay. Fairly much in nature with cows and rabbits viewed from the windows. More spacious than it looks and a hot tub is a bonus. Good for dogs too with an enclosed garden .

Lovely cottage in a lovely peaceful location. Everything you'll need is here. The hot tub was a very nice addition as was the garden for our three dogs. Ideal spot for sightseeing we would recommend the Luxulyan valley for walks. It's next to a working farm so beware the tractors!

The garden grass was long and when we went out there with the dog there was alot of dog poo in the grass . We couldn't play out there because of it . Place smelt damp and over the wk we were there the walls got damoer . Damp in the wardrobe and round the skirting boards. Shame tranquil setting .
