There are shared facilities on site, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and doggy walkies area, and South Cornwall’s beautiful beaches and attractions are nearby.

Step into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with a cosy wood burner in the brick fireplace, plush sofas, a TV, and a dining table and chairs. The contemporary kitchen space features everything you need to prepare tasty family meals. You’ll find two pretty bedrooms, a double with lovely wooden furniture, and a triple room with bunk beds and a single bed – both have good storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s also a family bathroom and a second separate WC. Have a soak in the hot tub, or sit outside on the picnic bench in the enclosed garden while the kids play on the shared lawn area, have fun on the tennis court, children’s play areas, and a heated outdoor swimming pool (summer months only), and let the pup run in the field and woods.
Head out to explore the 15 miles of walking and cycling routes at Tamar Trails Centre (13 miles), you can also try tree surfing and archery there. Go for pretty walks along the coast on the South West Coast Path (8 miles) and take Fido for a run on the many beaches nearby, including Kingsand where canines are welcome all year (14.5 miles). Have a thrilling day out at Adrenaline Quarry (8 miles) at the aquapark, hanging off a zip wire and go-karting.
