From Cawsand Beach, less than 150m from the cottage, catch the dog-friendly ferry over to the Plymouth’s Barbican landing stage, where you can explore the charming streets before heading back. Venture three miles from your base to impressive Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park, where those with four legs are also very welcome to explore the beautiful grounds.
