Sink back into comfy sofas in the lounge in front of the fire, the dogs curled up by your feet. Upstairs, the bedrooms promote peace and tranquillity for a perfect night’s sleep; wake up among fresh decor and dark wooden beams and head down to the garden to sip your morning coffee on the patio. There’s also a BBQ in the garden, making it an ideal spot for dining al fresco.
Make use of the shared games room on rainy days, or if it’s dry try your hand at some tennis or boules on the courts. Venturing out, kids will love discovering the Carnglaze Caverns (6 miles), while the pup can enjoy the pretty woodland that surrounds them. Sniff out clues on the Looe Mystery Treasure Trail (13 miles), before stopping for lunch in one of the many dog-friendly pubs and cafes. Make sure you visit the Eden Project (17.5 miles) while you’re in the area – your four-legged friends are more than welcome to wander the grounds with you.
