The small town of Dereham is 2.5 miles away, although if you want to visit a larger town, then the city of Norwich can be reached within 19 miles. A day at the beach is perfectly possible too, with a number of fantastic beaches on the north coast of the county being within a 26-mile drive, several of which welcome dogs all year round, including the idyllic sandy beach of Holkham Bay.
