What a beautiful holiday cottage, one of the best we've stayed at in over 20 years of staycations. The house smelt incredible on entering and was very clean, it had everything we needed (including a pizza cutter, which was a first for us!) and was very comfortable. The boys enjoyed the games room, which was used every day of our stay. The location Read morewas ideal to reach places such as Holt, Wells-next-the-sea, Blickling, Cromer and Sheringham. There's even a little village shop a few minutes walk away for any essentials. Jeremy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was the tight gate to get the car in and out of the off-road parking space. We managed it once but had to go very slowly so opted to park on the road a few houses down instead for speed and convenience. This in no way spoilt the holiday or would stop us from staying here again. Just something to be aware of. A smaller car wouldn't have had an issue. Hide

This is a lovely, cozy, well maintained cottage. We had a very comfortable stay. Home from home. A nice touch with the games room and access to the wider TV channels. Beds really comfy. Loved it.

Beautiful character cottage in a lovely village location that was not too far at all from some gorgeous walks and beaches. The cottage was well equipped and clean and was a great base to explore Norfolk and relax after a day out.

A lovely cottage, clean and tidy. Good location by car whereby you can travel to north Norfolk in 30 to 40 minutes. Would definitely consider staying there again.

A lovely cottage, with a lot attractions only 30-35min drive away. Fairly quiet area with good outdoor space. Kids loved the pool table and darts. Most equipment you would expect to be provided with is there i.e. kitchen utensils. A dishwasher would have been nice, but understand hard to fit in with kitchen layout. Overall a good stay.
