The cottage itself and location are lovely. The view is nice overlooking the sea and the seating area outside is a real suntrap. Parking is nearby and it was easy to access the property only a few steps down. The property itself is comfortable and adequate. It has everything you'd need. Our only let down was the cleanliness of the property at the bRead moreeginning of our stay. We were offered the cleaners to be sent out but as we'd already unpacked and cleaned it ourselves and it was the following day (it was too late to contact on our arrival day) we didn't see a point to them coming out. This was a real dampener to the start of our holiday. Unfortunately the property has a strong musty damp smell along with dog which did fade as the week went on but it didn't go completely. The cupboards particularly smelt quite musty. Hide

Amazing cottage - beautiful quiet and private location with fantastic views. Everything you need is in the cottage - the attention to detail was brilliant, even down to a portable sensor light for night times. Small yes, but perfectly formed. Would book again.

Beautiful views and a lovely place to stay. Great area to visit surrounding south Devon places. From Totnes to Berry Head and lots of places in between. Burgh island and the sea tractor definitely worth a visit. Fantastic views from our holiday home day and night.

Beautiful view from the chalet across the sea. The chalet is bijou particularly the bedroom. The bed head and end of the bed touch the walls, meaning than one of you has to climb over the other to get out of bed. The chalet is set at the bottom of a very steep hill, in a nice village which contains an Italian restaurant and pub. The nearest beach Read more, Blackpool Sands is 20 minutes walk away. Hide

Idyllic! An absolutely fabulous little gem with a beautiful view where we enjoyed the outside seating. So quiet, so private and such a great location for a base. A very clean, well appointed chalet with lovely little extras that added to our love of the place. One glance in the visitor book showed we are not alone in our view!
