This lovely semi-detached cottage in a wonderfully peaceful village in the Lincolnshire countryside, sleeps four people over two bedrooms and welcomes one four-legged friend. Lovely rural setting with great views from the hot tub, but our stay was disappointing. Cleanliness was poor; dirty crockery, cutlery & cookware, food remnants in microwave and drawers, filthy oven triggering the smoke alarm, and an unpleasant odour from stained and soiled window blinds. With a deep clean, better housekeeping and an equipment review, it could be quite acceptable but currently falls far below expectations. Hide

We had a perfect long weekend here my self and my sister. Time to catch up after a rough year. There was every thing we needed. Little touches like an air fryer, washing machine and even fans for the heat. We had several visits from a beautiful partridge he even knocked on the lounge door. Watched hares in the field while relaxing in the hot tub. MRead morey only suggestion would be to remember you're in the countryside bring citronella candles. A wonderfully presented cottage. Safe and secure, secluded surroundings. Very comfortable beds. And the hot tub was fantastic. Great location for local walking treks or to just relax and do nothing. Definitely visiting this property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet away from it all cottage . The owners were very friendly and it was well furnished and warm . However it would benefit from an upgrade to equipment ie glasses cutlery crockery which would be relatively inexpensive and would greatly enhance the property.
