Loved 'The Water Tower'. Fortunate with the weather so particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the upper terrace at night enjoying a glass or two of something to relax. We live in rural Suffolk but I've never known anywhere quite so quiet at night and with so little ambient lighting it was a joy to see such beautifully clear, star filled skies - trRead moreuly relaxing Hosts were super helpful and nearby should you need any help - other than that respected that we were on holiday and allowed us to relax Hide

On arrival, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. Although the place is very worn and in need of refurbishment, it was the lack of cleanliness which was the real issue. We've never before felt the need to wash the bedding before using the beds as we did here. Although in a good location, the road to the property is very long and extremeRead morely bumpy so adds a lot of time to any journey. This is certainly not a suitable place to take young children or dogs. Hide

The Stud Farm is great, lots of animals and for a busy farm really quiet and relaxing. The views are amazing and the owners just leave you to it but are there if you need them. The area is handy for a lot of places.

The property was spacious and the beds and seating comfortable. However it was all a bit shabby and needs a makeover at the end of the season. The kitchen very poorly stocked and no cleaning products at all, not even a j-cloth to wipe surfaces. If owners could at least provide a teatray as the kitchen is downstairs and the dining table upstairs. NoRead moret suitable for dogs or very young children as there is no secure outside space. Perhaps a gate for the downstairs patio would solve this problem. Hide

Lovely peaceful location, with fabulous views over the countryside. Well situated for accessing the North Norfolk coast and the towns villages and historic properties and gardens in the area.
