Away from the hustle and bustle of traditional seaside towns, this charming holiday property sits in an unspoilt location on the Lincolnshire coast. Sleeping four guests and up to two bow-wows, it is ideal if you simply want to relax and play on the beach, but equally suited to more energetic packs looking to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds or access the pretty north-east section of the England Coastal Path.

Set across a single storey, which may suit guests with limited mobility, the property is reached along a peaceful lane behind the beach at Anderby Creek. The good size lounge with its feature fire makes a welcome retreat on cooler evenings, and when the weather’s warmer you can throw open the patio doors to bring the outside in, with direct access to a private patio and lawned garden. A separate, well-equipped kitchen/diner allows you to rustle up anything from a snack to a feast, as well as enabling you to find your own space when you need it. At the end of the day two bedrooms await weary heads.

With your own private access path to the beach, tails are guaranteed to wag when it’s time for walkies. The sandy beach stretches in either direction, providing walks that can be as long or as short as you like, with plenty of splashing in the surf along the way. Although Anderby Creek is a small hamlet, you will find a number of bars and cafes within 0.5 mile of your door, while further along the coast are the seaside towns of Mablethorpe (8 miles north) and Skegness (10 miles south). Alternatively, head inland for 10 miles and the hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds offer fantastic walking and cycling through the region’s pretty countryside.

We had a wonderful week. Lovely well enclosed garden. Direct access to beach which is the reason we booked it, but unfortunately for 4 out of 7 days the beach was closed for beach defences to be put in.which obviously I know is out of your control, but still disappointing for us.lots of lovely beaches in the area. We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow its got the basics you need for a stay. The inside of the property was very clean and tidy, and very comfortable. The owner had left long sell by date milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar sachets. I would advise anyone staying to make sure you bring stuff like toilet rolls with you as although the ownerRead more left one toilet roll if you run out its a bit of a mission for shopping. Apparently there is a shop on one of the caravan parks along the road but I was told its expensive to shop there. We came prepared. The bungalow is in a idilic spot for a quiet relaxing break. Its clean and comfortable although my husband was cold at night time because at the time of our stay the duvet was a 4.5 summer rating tog. Maybe offer throws or additional bedding. The cafe down the road is extremely good value for money and the food is all freshly made. Great for dogs and lots of nice places to walk. Having the lovely beach literally on the back doorstep is a bonus. Hide

Our chocolate lab loved his runs along the beach and we enjoyed our 1.5 mile daily walks north to the cafe for coffee, tea and cakes. Opportunity to improve further would include; A hair dryer. Condiments. A dish cloth and scouring pad.
