Situated right on a quiet, shingle beach, gather all the family including your four-legged friend for a holiday of ball-chasing, pebble-dashing fun. Sleeping four guests across two charming bedrooms, there is plenty of space for a cosy dog bed in the hall! With a gate at the end of the garden giving you direct access to the beach, spend hours sailing, swimming or simply enjoying a spot of birdwatching - there is plenty to keep everyone happy. French doors allow for panoramic coastal views making the most of the waterside location, and lets the fresh sea air gently breeze in, and the kids and pup potter out, as you dine at the table.

Open-plan and beautifully decorated with calming hues that reflect the beachside location, pops of colour in the soft furnishings make this the perfect place to unwind after an energetic day outdoors. Drop sandy shoes and hang coats in the hall before sinking into the inviting sofas with a good book as your pup stretches out for a snooze. Enjoy a tranquil nights sleep in the charming bedrooms before waking to enjoy a coffee with a view on the decked area perfect for al fresco dining. In the evening, light the charcoal BBQ and toast marshmallows under starry skies.

Whitstable (3 miles) is fantastic for sampling local food and relaxing on shingle beaches. Lovely property with a beautiful view. Stayed twice now over New Year now - so nice - love having the decorations up too. Very comfortable place - really feel at home. Can imagine it would be nicer in the summer to be able to take advantage of the decking & the beach.

We have been for the second time in seasalter and again it was a great place to discover Whitstable, Faversham and Canterbury. Very comfortable bungalow with the sea starting right behind the garden. Amazing views to the sea with all the vessels and the Maunsell forts.

We were under the impression there was access to the beach at the end of the garden, which there was not. We had to walk 200 yds to reach the beach. The road was very busy at times with no footpath.

This was such a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The view from the window was beautiful, we wanted to bring it home. Everything we could have wanted was available. We hadn't been to this area before so travelled around sight seeing and after a busy day it was always very welcoming to get back to the cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, spacious house on the beach, with great sea views. The location is great, as its 10 minutes drive from Whitstable, so very quiet. The garden is your beach and it was lovely to see the tides go in and out throughout the day. There are countryside views on the other side of the property, so we had some lovelRead morey walks on the beach. There is one cafe within 10 minutes of walk and serves good breakfast. We will definitely go back for another stay. Hide

Such a beautiful place! We enjoyed sitting out on the decking or in the lounge watching the various seabirds and the changing scene with the tides. Chalet is large and comfortable. This was our second stay so we brought a higher level chair with us as my brother couldnt get up from the low sofa. I could- just! Nothing wrong with the sofas. Just ageRead more and arthritis. Also the cooker was an induction hob so not suitable for those of us with a pacemaker, but we knew that when we rebooked. Beautifu!! Hide

Such a lovely property. Clean and beautifully decorated. Very much enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great area for swimming and paddle boarding but water shoes are a must as it's a very shell covered beach which can be sharp on bare feet. Lots of lovely walks around which our dog thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great house in an outstanding location, perfectly equipped. The sea starts directly behind the garden and the views are amazing. Coastal path goes by just at the doorstep, thus Oyster Pearl (5-10 minutes) and Whitstable (20-30) minutes easy to reach by foot.
