This gorgeous property, in the quiet village of Honing, sleeps six guests and two furry friends. The cottage is the ideal base to explore the Norfolk coast, as well as the fabulous Norfolk Broads. You’ll find a long sandy beach at Mundesley, just 7.5 miles away, which is perfect for dog walking. Alternatively, hire a boat in Wroxham (8.5 miles away) and spend a relaxing afternoon on the water with your four-legged pals.

Packed with original features, this property is full of character and charm. After a busy day, snuggle up in the cosy lounge area and fire up the wood burner – the perfect dozing spot for the woofers. The traditional kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a hearty meal, and it’s also the ideal place for the hounds to set up camp, with access from here to the garden. This well-established space is full of new smells for the pups to investigate, whilst you enjoy a spot of al fresco dining on the beautiful patio area overlooking the surrounding countryside.

You’ll find plenty of seaside charm in delightful Mundesley. The beach is lined with colourful beach huts and is a great place to enjoy a dip in the sea. There’s a restriction in summer months, but head east or west of the promenade for plenty of off-lead fun. Hire a boat or join one of the many boat trips from Wroxham, to get a whole new view of the Broads. Nothing beats leisurely drifting through the spectacular scenery, with your favourite four-pawed chums by your side. During your stay, take a trip to Blickling Estate National Trust (14 miles away). Saunter around the 4,600 acres of woodland and open fields, before grabbing a bite to eat and some doggy ice cream from the cafe.

Ran out of space above! The Two Shower / Toilet rooms were very good and clean. The Kitchen was quite satisfactory. The Lounge was 'cosy'. The STAIRCASE was 'interesting', I don't think any of us actually fell down them, but certainly not for the 'less-abled'. ACTUALLY WE REALLY DID ENJOY OUR STAY, a good base for exploring North Norfolk. Overall tRead morehough on reflection I'm afraid that we did consider that the Cottage was too expensive for what it was. Thank you very much. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at Lily Rose cottage, so quaint and peaceful. The garden was amazing with so much wildlife, we loved it. Really convenient for all the beaches and the Broads but only 10 mins away from supermarket. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you!

Cottage was very comfortable. Staircase is suitable for mobile people but maybe an issue for any disability. Location was lovely and garden was great especially if you have a dog.

Extremely dog friendly, lovely garden, remote location make sure to bring essentials! Stairs are very steep/shallow so mind your head! Very close to the broads we had a lovely week.
